Cruise Notes: we gave 1 June as "optimal" start date, and 8 June as "alternate" start date.)
I told Liz that if necessary, we could probably start as much as 2 weeks earlier than optimal (so, about 15 May), or 2 weeks later than optimal (about 15 June).
Not overlap with Shaw.
Note: Our 2008 coring will take place on the continental margin at roughly 39 N 70 W, more-or-less a couple of hundred miles due south of here. No foreign clearance required. (11/07-JD)
