Instrumentation Comments: We need a ship with a multibeam echosounder. We also will require dredges. Dredging is an important part of the field work.

Ancil Facility Comments: We are requesting the AUV Sentry for high-resolution mapping near and along the axis of the MAR. Through the MISO facility we have requested a surface towed magnetometer and the WHOI Towcam. Towcam uses the CTD wire.
