6/21: Atlantis will transit directly to S.F. dock to begin Alvin incline test and harbor trials. Those plans are still tbd. Once those are completed Atlantis will move out to sea for the remainder barring anything from NAVSEA or Alvin.
9/22: Will continue cert trials Oct 21 in San Diego.
4/17/13: HICKEY cruise = Alvin Cert dives w/ NAVSEA.
Astoria to S.Fran harbor = 564nm = 3 days
613nm Astoria to Mont Bay = 2 days
80 nm to San Fran = 8 hrs
