(5) Split Van Dover cruise into 2 legs with Gulfport MS as mid cruise port stop June 5 same day touch & go, (6) Added Scott White to Taylor/Scott cruise and changed the end port to Puntarenas Costa Rica, (7) Added Geoff Wheat cruise Nov 30 to Dec 9 (make up 7 days from 2013).
11/19: updated LOI. Shortened Seivert Balboa demob 1 day and put it in St. Pete for off load ROV Jason and other science gear. Ship needs to be in Galveston early March for req. maintenance. ALSO combined Taylor (Sievert) + S.White + K.Scott onto one EPR cruise. Based on their STR's they should have enough bunk space (24).
