9/8: Port office needs 1 day in Manzanillo Dec 31st 2016 for ABS/ USCG
8/29: Remove Bermuda dead-head transit and do Wheat from WHOI instead (Customs problems as per UNOLS meeting & better timing for Jason shipping)
8/23: Re scheduled the Alvin test dive (5 days total)
6/29 Al Suchy: USCG and ABS Special Survey has to be done in the early 2017 .
