Question:   How do I complete and submit a Post Cruise Assessment Report (PCAR)?
Answer:   Answer 1. If you are a STRS Member:
1. Log in
2. Go to the FORMS menu at the top of the screen, select “Post Cruise Assessment.”
3. Select the year of the cruise you’d like to fill out a PCAR for.
4. Select the ship you’d like to fill out a PCAR for.
5. Select the cruise you’d like to fill out a PCAR for.
6. Fill out the necessary fields on the PCAR form and select either “Submit the PCAR” or “Save and Continue Editing” button. The PCAR will not be distributed until you select the “Submit the PCAR” button.
7. To continue working on a previously saved and unsubmitted PCAR:
a. Log in to the STRS and repeat steps 2-5.
b. Your draft PCAR will be listed. Select “continue editing this draft PCAR.”

Answer 2. If you are NOT a STRS Member:
1. Go to the STRS Homepage: https://strs.unols.org/Public/diu_login.aspx .
2. On the right-hand side of the page under the heading “Public Information”, select the Post Cruise Assessment Form link.
3. Select the year of the cruise you’d like to fill out a PCAR for.
4. Select the ship you’d like to fill out a PCAR for.
5. Select the cruise you’d like to fill out a PCAR for.
6. Fill out the necessary fields on the PCAR form and select “Submit the PCAR”. If you are not logged in as a STRS Member, you cannot revisit the form for later editing.
