3-15 Changes made in order to satisfy Constable's fall request, get Keeling done before his no-cost extension expires, get CalCOFI done during their target dates, have time to submit two Mexican clearances within their 180 day requirement, satisfy the two class cruises that must fall over weekend dates during the fall quarter.
3-23 Added 7 days to second transit from Newport to San Diego for U. Send/NOAA for mooring turnaround off Pt. Conception.
4/14- Adjusted transit to Newport by moving one load day. Added Intermediate port information
6/23- Added 7 days to NH Goldstein cruise for Project Kaisei.
7/14 Removed 7 days of NOAA funding for U Send on the August transit from Newport.
9/16-added one NSF day to the Klusner cruise for equipment testing.
9/24-Moved Jeff Babcock's days to early 2010. Adjusted the remaining two cruises in December for Hodgkiss and Send.
