Notes: We are planing an IOP in 2009, Surigao region. Two cruises, regional, similar to what I'm doing now and a process cruise of Craig Lee. Time frame: February for Craig, I would rather do the regional in March when we have a more mature winter monsoon. Such a data set would contrast nicely with the Dec joint data set and that of the present janaury regional. Each cruise about 23 days. The UNOLS forms will have to be filled out...they would look vary similar to the forms we filled out for the 2008 IOP. Arnold...
