  Notes:   Revelle's 2009 schedule was affected by pirate activity in the Indian Ocean. As a result, Landry's Omani cruise and CLIVAR's IN7 were removed from the schedule. In exchange, CLIVAR carried out P6. A mid-year thruster causality on Melville necessitated switching cruises between the two ships, therefore CLIVAR’s P6 was postponed into the fall and moved onto Melville. Revelle transited to Taiwan to pick up various ONR cruises that had been stranded by Melville, resulting from the output/propulsion shaft compromise,.
