Question:   Why did the email copy of my STR not include the ship requested information?
Answer:   Check the status of your Ship Request. If your request is in "Draft" Status (or withdrawn) it is not viewable to the public and will not be included in email copies. To change this; View your project and go to the STR Manager page. Change the request status by selecting the "Submitted" Radio Button. Then Re-Publish the STR.
