Question:   Why do I need to create an account?
Answer:   You are required to have a user account in order to create and edit shiptime requests, schedules and other documents and in order to see some information. Some information, such as published schedules will be available for viewing without logging in. By creating an account, your contact information will be consistent and automatically entered for all shiptime requests and you will only need one password to access all of your documents.
