7/24/15 - Resched 6 AT days to Nov per Navy request (wx); lost 1 NOAA day to wx; added 1 day to MM for transit/fueling; cancelled JR 10-day cruise per Navy request
11/2/15 - lost 3 days AS to wx; shift RS 1 day due to wx, add 3 days to AT per NRL request; shift MM eager right to allow longer AT cruise.
12/15/15 - deleted 3 days AT lost to wx. publish final.
