1/23: Remove the Port Everglades port call from Young (it will be a RIB personnel transfer)
1/14: Add 1 day to McClain for transit. Shift schedule to the right 1 day. Day count for the year goes from 139 to 138 (d/t 2 day typo in McClain Ops day count from Ver 2) ***Keep the pit stop for Young on March 4th.
1/10/20: OP days were changed from 12 to 10 for McClain funding d/t to typo.
1/6: Vsl arrives Balboa 1 day early d/t good wx/ transit
1/2/2020: Added Port Everglades for AT42-22 science party swap & agreed to reduce the demobe from 2 to 1 day to cover pitstop
