Summary of Field Work: |
Require dedicated use of one walk-in environmental chamber set at ambient (0 oc - 5oC) temperature. Require space on the foredeck (assuming the icebreaker is the USCGC Healy) or equivalent for three on deck incubators (1x600L, 2x100L) that need be supplied with continuous flowing ambient seawater (50L min-1 per incubator); need space in 140oC and -80 oC freezers for storage of samples. Request one van for abalysis of chl-a samples in darkened space, the van can be shared for similar use. |
