Description of Repeating cruise requirements: |
|
Justification/Explanation for ship choice, dates,
conflicts, number of days & multi-ship operations: |
After extensive conversations with Michael Richter, the Marine Superintendent for the requested ship, the R/V Savannah, the ideal schedule would be:
June 27 2016 - Mobilization June 28-July 3 2016- Science days July 4 2016 - Demobilization
The ideal timing of the cruise is early summer, since one of the main goals of the cruise is to investigate the fate of the freshwater delivered by rivers to the SAB. |
