Explain Instrumentation or Capability requirements that could affect choice of ship in scheduling. |
We will be using 14H-leucine to measure bacterial productivity. We have university approval for this work (also prior experience aboard Endeavor doing this measurement.)
Explain Major Ancillary Facilities Requirements and list description and provider for "other" systems. |
We need the rad van for bacterial productivity measurements. Cold van is needed for lab work and incubation work, we will have many depths/stations from the mesopelagic and deep ocean. |
