Ocean going Vessel that is no longer than 125’, capable of providing food for 8 passengers, able to operate in Sea State 3, has an A-Frame with a capacity of approximately 2400 lbs, (Crane may be substituted for A-Frame if capacity and load lines are suitable), Winch and spool (1500’ of ¾” line) to recover items thru the A-Frame, fully operational GPS, fully operational fathometer, fully operational Marine VHF radio, All required Coast Guard safety gear, Aft steering station, and indoor work space (table to work on hardware) |

Day 3 - 0800 –Load-out vessel at Pier 160, SPAWAR Systems Center 0830- Transit to recovery location 0930-1500- Recover units. RTP 1500-1600- Unload vessel at Pier 160. |
