Summary of Field Work: |
Collection of dissolved gas data from flowthrough (underway) science seawater system during USCGC Healy transit from Dutch Harbor, AK t Nuuk, Greenland. We will continuously measure O2, O2/Ar, and total gas pressure. These data will be used to constrain net biological community production every 2.5 minutes along the cruise track. |
Summary of Facility Requirements: |
Access to followthrough seawater system as well as sensor data associated with the system. Primary requirements are temperature (intake temp), salinity, position (Lat/Lon) data. Ancillary data that will be useful for interpreting trends include met sensors, fluorescence, backscatter, and surface pCO2. |
