Summary of Facility Requirements: |
Zooplankton tows (Tucker trawls and bongo nets) must be conducted every other month during 2007 with the first tow in January. All the nets are provided by the PI. The tows will take place in the Gulf Stream east of Ft. Lauderdale, FL within 14 miles from shore. |
Summary of other requirements and comments: |
Plankton samples will be preserved in formalin in pre-dispensed sample bottles. Some plankton samples (n=8) will be frozen. |
