Summary of Field Work: |
Multibeam mapping, side scan sonar, and sub-bottom profiler data in three shallow areas (re-visit the areas we surveyed in June 07). To be used: 2 multibeam transducers mounted on poles over the sides, towed SIS-1000 fish (dual frequency). Water depths 5m-90m, in sites off Louisiana and Florida.
Will be probably do some shallow cores and will use the ROV if available. |
Summary of Facility Requirements: |
Mounting the poles over the side of the vessel- Echo sounder with navigation ready |
