Description of Repeating cruise requirements: |
|
Justification/Explanation for ship choice, dates,
conflicts, number of days & multi-ship operations: |
These dates are needed to ensure chronic hypoxia exposure of Atlantic croaker in the region in order to determine effects on growth Fish collected earlier than this period are unlikely to show sufficient impairment of growth to discern site differences. Hypoxia at the time of sampling is required to test biomarkers of low dissolved oxygen. I week shiptime is required to survey the entire hypoxic region. |
