Wecoma or regional class vessel (e.g. R/V Point Sur) is acceptable. Collaborative ship use would be acceptable if it extended the time available. Need to deploy ocean bottom/subbottom seismometer (NRL provided) and conduct deep-towed seismic survey (NRL supplied equipment). |

Ship provided fiber would be a big plus. Otherwise need winch for our .68 cable (fiber or coax). Haven't decided on use of seismic vs lower level acoustic sources.
