Summary of Field Work: |
Sample 19 sediment and benthic macroinvertebrate stations at both the Morehead City and Wilmington, NC ODMD Sites for a total of 38 stations and sets of samples plus duplicates. A CTD water quality profile will be conducted at each location. May require a port call at Beaufort, NC to ship samples. |
Summary of Facility Requirements: |
Need refrigerator space to accommodate 40 sixteen oz. containers and 120 eight oz. containers, plus a chest freezer to accommodate freezer and ice paks.
Will need the CTD
Will need RS232 navigation feed, including water depth, in the wet lab as well as a slave display of the bridge chartplotter. |
