1. rig and lift 72" diameter donut shape line pack (2800 lbs)+anchor (200-300 lbs)+two acoustic releases+ u/w camera and cable over side using a-frame or crane
2. release anchor
3. observer line pack
4. recover line pack, transfer line to winch, recover line (20,000 ft)
Load, secure and power winch (characteristics TBD)
Load and secure drop weight (200-300 lbs)
Load and secure lab equipment (UW camera, acoustic releases, tool box, etc)
Depart Moss Landing in PM
