Justification/Explanation for ship choice, dates,
conflicts, number of days & multi-ship operations: |
We request the Wecoma because it will greatly simplify our logistics due our familiarity with the ship and the ship's experience with our operations. The Wecoma has achieved a level of comfort and experience working in the Columbia River estuary system that will be a great benefit to our operation. |
