Dates to Avoid: |
I have to be back to DC to teach on FRI MAR 18th. We may be able to go earlier that these dates. I put down one day each for mob and de-mob but it will only take us a couple hours since we've just got coolers. The whole trip will be 3 days inclusive. |

Description of Repeating cruise requirements: |
|
Justification/Explanation for ship choice, dates,
conflicts, number of days & multi-ship operations: |
We are trying to fit this cruise in to avoid having to cancel classes (spring break). It's possible to do this during the summer after classes but we are also trying to get in a sampling in Hawaii and Charleston (RV Hatteras) all before August 2011. |

Explain Instrumentation or Capability requirements that could affect choice of ship in scheduling. |
CTD for water collection, benthic grabs and gravity core. 14C-TNT and PAHs will be used (<50 uCi each) for bacterial mineralization to 14CO2 and 3H-leucine will be used to measure bacterial production.
