Summary of Field Work: |
Deployment and recovery of four sound source moorings in west central Gulf of Mexico in Winter 2016 and Winter 2019. A set of four additional cruises for surface and subsurface drifter deployments, and water sampling. |
Summary of Facility Requirements: |
We will need winch and deck space for mooring deployment and recovery, and CTD/rosette/Niskin for water profile sampling during the four drifter deployment cruises. |

Explain Instrumentation or Capability requirements that could affect choice of ship in scheduling. |
We expect Pelican to provide CTD/rosette/Niskin bottles.
During this cruise: surface and subsurface drifters will be deployed; Profile CTD data and water samples will be taken; Neuston nets will be used to collect surface water samples.
