Summary of Field Work: |
Add two days ship time to each of two funded cruises of NSF grant 1542240 (Rocap, Devol, Keil and Deutsch PIs) to utilize transit to sample a section along 110 degrees West between the tip of Baja to 14 degrees North. We will sample ~18 stations for nutrients and oxygen to see it the recent expansion of the OMZ and denitrification regimes are persistent. The two cruises to which we wish to add the shiptime are those requested for August 2017 and May 2018. |
